Diversity - Inclusion - Project management - Human Rights

Hatem Ben Mansourholds a law degree with a specialization in human rights from the University of Oslo. He has extensive experience in public administration from the Immigration Appeals Board, focusing on case management and project leadership. Hatem has also worked on inclusion initiatives as a project leader for the Kirkens Bymisjon and "Bli med i Skeid."

Previously, Hatem served as the director of the Norwegian Center Against Racisme, where he worked on issues related to workplace inclusion, discrimination cases, and engagement with UN institutions. He is currently an advisor at OMOD - Center for Civil Justice, and serves as the deputy chair of the board at TrAP, Transcultural Productions, a diversity organization in the cultural sector. 

Through his work Hatem has gained experience in public speaking. The last three years speaking to small or larger audiences on more than 50 occasions, ranging from labor unions and youth branches of political parties, to Google employees and all the leaders at the Police Department of Oslo.

Hatem has a broad network among activists, organizations, and academics working on inclusion, anti-racism, and diversity in Norway and internationally.
